Back Problems
We Answered:
You need to go see a doctor and have an x-ray taken on your back. There is a condition known as spondylolysis, which is a stress fracture of your vertebrae (bones in your back). If left unchecked this can lead to a condition called spondylolythesis, which is one of your vertebrae slipping forward. This condition occurs most often in adolescent kids around your age. I am not saying that you have this, but it is very important to find out whether or not you do have it. DO NOT go to a chiropractor first because they will be unable to diagnose you properly. You need to see an orthopedic doctor.Dean Said:

Which is better for back problems and for general sleeping-sleep number mattress or memory foam?We Answered:
It really depends on the individual and their mobility, tolerance to pressure for those problems etc. Both have their pros and cons. Memory foam is great for pressure relief and support and lasts for years, while Airbeds you can make needed adjustments in firmness, which can also change support. It is best we don't sway your opinion because what we like may not necessarily solve your problems and quite frankly a mattress usually can't solve them. Go test rest various models for 10 - 15 minutes on ones you seem to like.
