Lower Left Back Pain And Headaches
Renee Said:
Lower-left back pain. Can't walk standing straight up. Pain radiates down leg. Any doctor's out there? We Answered:
lets not look for Zebras when you hear hoof beats. You likely have a form of sciatica. Your newer neck pain comes from you deforming yourself to keep the pain away and the anxiety. This is very very common.
The sciatic nerve runs from the lower back down the butt and leg to the toes. Depending on how badly it is pinched or being deformed the pain can just be in the lower back, butt, hip, knee and usually outer call an toes.
It usually effects only one side. Sometimes the nerve gets pinched as it runs through the pireformis muscle in you butt and not the lower back.
Check the net under sciatica for some exercises you can do to help the pain. If you can take mild OTC pain relievers they help.
You need to keep moving, rest makes it worse.
This type of pain is treated successfully by chiropractic even if they do not treat other things as well.
To prevent further attacks learn some good core and piriformis stretching exercises and practice them on a regular basis.

you said you had a wrestling match.maybe you just got BADLY hit.it cannot be appendicitis, since that should be iradiating pain.stay calm, and if the pain doesn't go away, go to that doctor's appointment:P
also, from the wrestling match, you could have gotten a disc or an internal organ hernia which is sometimes difficult to catch on a ct.
once again, if the pain doesn't go away, go back to your doctor.i am a medical student, but this is pretty much all the help i can offer u online:D

Is it whiplash? It could be arthritis setting in. Did the Doctor do x-rays on your neck, shoulder and back? Are you taking any drugs? Have you tried massage or acupuncture? They may be an option. Try taking Vitamns C,D for the pain.Clifton Said:
